End Kwote

After it's all said and done, life's just a bunch of kwotes

It’s weird. There are these historical figures called saints, and they say really cool and profound stuff. Like, really cool, and really profound. I know, you’re shocked. Really, who would have thought? But, as far as coming up with great stuff goes, Saint Francis didn’t disappoint.

Saint Francis said, “Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”

First, you do what you have to do. You get the things done that, if you didn’t accomplish, you couldn’t move forward. You do what’s necessary. Then, once you’ve accomplished what you absolutely must, you broaden your horizons. In addition to doing the things that you have to do, you do a little bit extra. You do a little something as a supplement to the stuff that’s necessary, something to help you along the way.

Pretty soon, after you’re doing all the things that you need to do, and all the things that are possible to do, you’re accomplishing things that you never thought possible. You’re doing things and going places that you had never dreamed of. By working you way from the bottom up, but starting with the things that you have to get done and advancing to the things that are amazing to do, you’ve allowed yourself to reach a whole new level.

This kwote’s pretty cool, I think. It could apply to many different parts of your life. What parts of your life does it apply to? How can you use this kwote to better yourself? Let me know! I’m interested to hear.End Kwote
